Hisham Gomes:

Born and raised in the twin island , Trinidad and Tobago, Hisham was pre-disposed to a career in the food industry as his family owned several restaurants. Hisham knew that he ultimately wanted to pursue a career in the United States, so he decided to work hard both in the classroom and on the soccer field so that he may earn an academic or athletic shcolarship. He reaped the benefits of years of hard work by attaining a soccer scholarship. He attended the University of South Carolina and James Madison University. Although he pursued a degree in Information Systems, Hisham always knew that one day he would follow his dreams of becoming an ambassador of the Caribbean. With a passion for Caribbean culinary and a strong desire to inform people about the Caribbean and it's rich cultures, it was pretty obvious to Hisham that he should venture off into the food industry, and thus 2 Island Bwoyz was formed.
